Sports Training |

- Students are trained in the selected game between Monday and Friday in two sessions of one hour each
- Students are allowed to change their choice of game once in a year after the winter vacation
- On last Friday of every month cross country competitions are conducted
- Regular trekking expedition is undertaken on Sundays and holidays
- Parade practices are conducted for all students once a week to establish leadership qualities
- Swimming is an essential and mandatory part of the school curriculum for all students. Every student is given specialized training under qualified coaches. Students are required to clear the swimming test once a year
- Yoga and Meditation is conducted for all the students on a regular basis under the supervision of highly qualified yoga trainer.
- Regular Aerobics and Taekwando is conducted by a qualified trainer for all eligible students.
- In addition carrom, chess & all indoor sports are also part of the school sports curriculum.
- Periodical interaction is arranged with World class achievers so that the students are benefited with the experience and guidance of these sportsmen
- Students compete at State / National / International tournaments in various sporting disciplines
